roaming AC15 TW file crashes

hello,

we have one AC15 TW file which constantly and randomly crashes for various users on various macs - the same file works for various other users at the same time.

we have so far tried the following (all to no avail):

1. have users leave the project;

2. removed all local data associated with the file via local data manager;

3. reshared the project;

4. removed all TW data manually on the affected machine;

5. recreated the affected users on the bimserver;

6. restarted the bimserver;

7. reinstalled AC15;

strangely enough resharing an affected project sometimes works for some users but not for all.

btw. at the same time other files on the same AC15 bimserver work just fine.

bimserver & AC builds are AC15 - 3276.

we are very much at a loss here, thus any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated.
