topic AC14 #4204 bim server disconnects / unknown state in Teamwork & BIMcloud

<T>hello,

we have again started to experience users going offline and not being able to reconnect unless they restart archicad.

when we check the bim server manager, it tells us that the bim server is in an unknown state - although users are still able to reconnect?

restarting the bim server and cleaning out the messaging module only helps for a couple of hours and if we are lucky days.

our setup is as following:
1 x mac mini running only AC14 #4204 bim server
(and another newer model just running AC15 #3602)

btw. we have started experiencing this problem, before upgrading to the latest hotfix but it seems to be far more regular now.

is anybody else experiencing similar problems, before we escalate this with graphisoft support?
