I don't think many people have tries this before so I don't know how many answers you will get.
Maybe you should try it. You can download the trial version of ArchiCAD from myarchicad.com and do it.

I tried BIM for the first time as windows home server, but it looks to be working without problems.

ok, thats interesting, i was thinking about trying it on Windows Home Server version 1, but decided against it.

Give me an update in a few months once you given it a good run, might be interesting when i upgrade to WHS 2011.
