Teamwork for students without server comp

Hello!
I'am begginer with Teamwork, but I want to start using it for my school projects, and here's My problem...
right now i have a 8GB ram (ddr3) and intel core 2 duo (2x2,9GHz) laptop, and My friend has similar settings, We want to put our work together, but We need to instal somewhere BIMserver...
Is there any efficient way to work in teamwork without independent computer for server?
We need it to be quite efficient only for two people working on it.
(sorry for My english if something is incomprehensible )

Here are the system requirements for ArchiCAD and the BIM Server:

As you can see your computer is enough for the BIM Server, so it should be fine unless you create very large models. Just install the BIM Server on your computer and Teamwork away.

ok. Thank You! I thought that BIMserver requires at least 16gb ram to work efficiently...
