Hi,

We have BIM Server 19 installed on a server running legacy OS. I have been tasked with Installing BIM Server 19 on a new WIN 2019 server. However I cannot find the installation files anywhere.

The download link in this location is broken 😞 - Electronic Deliveries – Graphisoft

The person who installed it previously; left the business and there are no documentations or licensing details.

Is there a way to extract licensing details from the current server?

Hi Sheldon,

It might be suitable to download an earlier version of BIMcloud Basic which can support Archicad 19 too. Try to download the 2020 version from here: https://community.graphisoft.com/t5/Teamwork-articles/Changes-in-Compatibility-of-BIMcloud-Installation/ta-p/304079
