I would contact our local reseller or send a bug report.
It is pretty hard to say what the problem could be based on such little info.

<T>Hi,
Just had my first TW crash. 3 users...one tried to send...all machines locked and had to be restarted. I checked the Bim server manager and the server showed no action. I checked the project.txt on the bim server and at the moment the crash happened the user who did the send and recieve had loads of operations registered in a few seconds. Typical action was: "Has locked - ....."
Any clues?
File size on server is 500 MB.
AC13.
/Mats</T>
