&lt;BR /&gt;
It is likely that you try to run the tool from a normal Command Prompt window rather than from an elevated (Run as an Administrator). This means that the tool doesn't have all necessary permissions to read and write in your folder.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
I would suggest to run it again from an elevated window (right click on Command Prompt and choose the option 'Run as an Administrator')- hopefully it fixes everything. If not, please let me know.&lt;BR /&gt;
