<R>Hello Archicad users,

I am a student from the Netherlands and i am using Archicad 64bit NED with the graphisoft BIM server with module v14.0 for my school projects. Two days ago Archicad said there was an update available. The release notes say the it automatic update Archicad, BIMserver manager and the server all in once. The installer of the hotfix 3269 only finds the first two programs and updates them. I didn't release that the installer didn't identified the server. So i am in big trouble. Without any reinstalling i have no clue how to force update the server to 3269. I already send a mail to Kubusinfo (dutch archicad reseller) but since i dont have a payed support license i don't expect they are able to help me on a short notice. So anybody with advice ?

Link tnx for the link to the other thread. As I can see the user Archigreen was confused with the hotfix and the Javafix for the mac. I have the problem that the installer of hotfix 3269 doesn't recognize that my laptop has a bimserver running. It could find the server , shut it down, update to 3269 and start it again. But Kubusinfo already responded to my email so i have have good hopes it will be fixed

The Archicad client and the BIMserver are installed on the same laptop installed in the folder C:\Program Files\Graphisoft
Archicad in the subfolder \Archicad 14 and the BIMserver in the subfolder \BIM server (mybe that is the problem?).

UPDATE:

There was something wrong in a file called vpd.properties. After an uninstal and a fresh installation of the bimserver the update installer did find the bimserver and is running with version 3269 so problem fixed! Tnx Kubusinfo!!!
