Dimensions between Teamwork files appear corrupted

Hi, we are working on a TW2 file, and this strange thing is happening: One team member is dimensioning a drawing, and its all fine in his local copy. When he sends/receive the dimension lines are all over the place with numbers in silly positions. His local copy is fine, so there is nothing he can do, but everybody else sees the dimensioning all wrong...

We have come across that issue quite a few times. Our workaround has been to set the dimensions to be static. We've had to do that in just about all types of views except Stories.
