publishing problem in TW2 V14

excuse my newbie question but i'm usually just modeling and haven't dealt with layout and publishing too much in the past. i'm taking v14 for a test spin in a test template file and i'm having trouble with publishing from the layout book.

I have 'lead architect' rights and I've 'reserved' the layout. (note: the screen capture didn't pick it up but trust me there's a cross circle that won't allow me to drag and drop + note the 'add shortcut' is greyed out).

what am i missing?

btw - i did save it to a solo. pln and was able to publish just like normal so that's why i posted to the teamwork forum.

Do you have the Schematic Design publisher set reserved? If not, that may be why. Click on that arrow pointing towards one level up to view the list of publisher sets and reserve the Schematic Design set. Then the drag and drop should work.
