<T>So our hard drive hosting our BimCloud Basic is running out of room... Can someone describe the process of moving the BimServer to a new drive?

I am hoping it doesn't involve everyone leaving projects, saving archives, and rebuilding from nothing (but i'm expecting that to be the answer)..
Hi,

There are some really painful options, one of them is what you have mentioned. What I would do:

1. Upgrade to full BIMcloud
2. Create full BIMcloud backup (https://helpcenter.graphisoft.com/user-guide/71482/)
3. Install new BIMcloud to your new disk
4. Restore backup in this new BIMcloud - make sure the old BIMcloud is not available anymore!
5. Downgrade BIMcloud (https://helpcenter.graphisoft.com/user-guide/83080/)

Also, in case of hotlinks, you may need to relink them one by one, or you can add the old address as an optional one in the list, but in this case you need to make sure the old path is not available anymore.

I hope this helps you.

Kind regards,
