Model view options not remembering settings in teamworked project

Hello,

We're having an issue where we set and store model view options but when we leave the project and join again, the model view setting reverts back to how it was before the change.

To note:
Custom model view options page with custom parameters
Tested it again by seeing if it was based on the settings of the pre-teamwork model. (which it isn't)
ArchiCAD 21

Has anybody else experienced this issue at all? or have any idea as to what it could be? The option is definitely being stored.

Hi JGoode,

In general, you should be able to send and store certain Model View Options on the server side and be able to share it with your fellow team members.

It is possible, that this is an issue with your project.

Please try to save a PLN, open it with Open & Repair and reshare it on BIMcloud. If you still experience the issue, please create a Support Package and contact your local GRAPHISOFT Represent (most probably them: https://graphisoft.no/)
