ArchiCAD 23 Teamshare using a lot of Hard Drive space

I had 131 Gbs of free space on my hard drive

I created a Teamshare Project added a Project Library, the ArchiCAD 23 Library and the ArchiCAD Migration Libraries and now I have 13Gbs and my Mac is complaining that it is low on Hard Drive space

Is this a feature? Or a glitch?

Hi,

This sounds quite strange what you mention. How big is the project library? The other two GRAPHISOFT related libraries should be not bigger than 2 GB together, but I would be even surprised if your project library needs 100 GB.

My educated guess is that the project you loaded is really big, and ARCHICAD needed to cache not only the model data, but even data usually it stores in the RAM.

Also, if you leave the project and join to another - can you replicate the same thing?

I shall give that a try but we are in the middle of upgrading our BIMServer and tweaking the dongle driver so it will be next week sometime
