AC 13: User Access Rights in Teamwork

<T>An important aspect of the new Teamwork that you can see flash by in one of the videos on the Graphisoft web site is a much finer-grained control over what capabilities each group of team members can have.

Now that TW provides fine-grained reservation of aspects of a project, it also lets you create as many Roles as you might want, assigning Roles to users to limit what kind of access they have to the project.

The list of capabilities is longer than my screen height, so I'll post it in two screenshots. Predefined Roles for Lead Architect, Architect, Draftsman and Viewer come out-of-the-box, but any number of additional Roles can be defined.
Just as a comparison... attached is the user-rights list for QuickBooks 2008. Relative to that, the level of control in ArchiCAD 13 is quite remarkable.

Cheers,
To add to Karl's info:
Users can be defined Globally for the whole office. So you do not have to define Users for each individual Project. They are defined in the BIM Server Manager application and they each have a default Role. Then they can Join any Project on that Server using the default Role (such as Draftsman or Lead Architect) assigned to them.
Also, Roles can be customized on the Project level. So maybe a User has the Draftsman Role as default but for a certain Project he is given additional rights: this is accomplished by customizing his/her Role for that particular Project.
