Unfortunately, the images are not showing the clear picture, and in order to help you out, we would need to fully understand the issue.&lt;BR /&gt;

An error occurred while performing the last operation ARCHICAD!&lt;BR /&gt;
Server connection failed. Possible reasons:&lt;BR /&gt;
- a network error does not allow ARCHICAD to connect to the server.&lt;BR /&gt;
- An attempt was made to perform an operation rejected by the server from the ARCHICAD.&lt;BR /&gt;
- your BIM Cloud User License has been revoked or lost&lt;BR /&gt;
