      <description>&lt;P&gt;We run a can't get our bimcloud manager to restart after latest update. In services it says it is running but will not run in browser.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else had problems with latest update&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Steve&lt;/P&gt;</description>
