We just switched from v26 to v27. Can someone tell me how to configure Bimcloud Basic so it supports v27?

You are running BIMcloud Basic 26. You have to install the version for 27...

OK, thanks Karl, I see now that I was updating my current bimcloud instead of installing a new bimcloud. First time doing this transition so I was bumbling around a bit.
