Anyone have a dummy file so I can get past step 10?

10. In the left-most column, click the large 'Project' header and then click the 'Import' option and import an empty .BIMProjectXX file.

So if you need a dummy file you need to contact Graphisoft.

What exactly are you trying to do?
What is step 10 from you are referring to?

Restore a teamwork project using Project.db files. see attached. Thankfully I did not have to resort to this.

I see.
if you need a .BIMProject file, just share an empty pln to teamwork and then export the project from BIMCloud.
Or alternatively if you need to restore a Project.db you could potentially just swap that into the same empty teamwork project.
