Archicad 25 Teamwork presentation cartridges do not match between users

Hello,

We're working on the Archicad 25 teamwork and we're noticing discrepancies in the alignment of the title block texts. When we modify these alignments for the user concerned (and do a send and receive), the other users, for whom everything was aligned, also notice a shift.

What are the causes of this issue?

Different fonts installed on the different machines.

i.e. the same font you think you are using is not installed on all machines.

It seems that the fonts are not the issue. Our problem seems to come from the space between lines. We have this warning sign and we don't know what it means.
