Granted, most firms I work with only have a sort list of projects and have the decency to organize by project name. My largest client, however, has nearly 75 active projects, organized by job number. They are also not decent enough to send me requests by project number, but by name. It takes my brain WAY too long to scan through dozens of items for key words...
