Teamwork BimCloud Offline Issue

Hello,

I have set up Teamwork for my office (5 people). Yesterday when I shutdown my computer, two other users Teamwork Archicad file went offline - then when they turned my computer back on, they went online again.

How do I change this so my computer can be shutdown but they can continue working online?

Is the BIMcloud Server running on your computer? If so, it is no longer accessible if you turn off your computer.

You should install the BIMcloud Server on a computer that can be running at all times.

Yes, I downloaded it on my computer.

Is there elsewhere I could place it so my computer wouldn't have to be on?

In such a case, people usually have a computer dedicated to be a BIMcloud server. However, that computer would still have to be whenever any team member wants to work on any of the TW projects.
