    <description>&lt;P&gt;Not sure what is going on, but under Teamwork it says I am working offline, but when I run diagnostics it says BIMcloud is accessible.       <description>&lt;P&gt;FYI,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got in touch with Tech Support and ultimately had to create a new user, and delete my old profile.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
