Teamwork problem

Dear Everyone,

We work in Archicad teamwork. A problem has arisen that in some designs we see completely different scaling.

In the picture below, you can see that on one plan the scaling is shown correctly, while on my colleague's computer the scaling is completely out of scale on the same plan.

What could be the problem?

What Archicad version are you using? I think this problem was fixed in some update. Haven't seen it in a while.

Is it only dimensions which are distorted? If yes, try the workarounds listed here: https://community.graphisoft.com/t5/Teamwork-BIMcloud/Dimensions-Display-Inconsistently-Among-Teamwork-Users/ta-p/304196

Unfortunately, the scaling is not still displayed incorrectly.

What do you mean by "scaling"? Are other items than dimensions affected?

If your colleague has tried to leave the project (not just closing and reopening) and rejoined the project and the issue still persists, can't really see other option than to contact the local support.

For example, the scale lines in the picture point to nowhere.
