    <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;T&gt;I'm trying to install BIMcloud Basic using BIMcloud-2020.3.DMG on an iMac running macOS 10.14.6. Whenever I get to the "Configure BIMcloud Manager" step it just thinks and thinks, never actually does anything. I let it sit for 5 days and still hasn't made any progress. I've cancelled the install, uninstalled BIMcloud, then re-installed it, at least 5 times now.&lt;/T&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

I'm sorry to read about your issue.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Based on my experience this is caused by wrong network settings - BIMcloud Configurator cannot resolve the name or port of the computer, therefore stucks in an infinite loop.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Please:
&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Check in Terminal if your IP address is correct with using nslookup host.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Check in System Preferences if your computer name is valid&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Check in System Preferences if your computer name in all related settings.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;
