      <title>BIMcloud SaaS Teamwork file crashes on opening. Rolled-back snapshots also crash on opening.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have a Teamwork BIMcloud SaaS project (AC26, macOS15)&amp;nbsp; in our office that crashes before it can be properly opened. Rolled-back snapshots also crash before they can be properly opened (I've tried all the snapshots separately). Unfortunately the user has not been saving PLN backups.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is there a way that I can force a project to save a pln backup via the BIMcloud SaaS webbrowser window, so that the file can be downloaded then open and repaired as pln file?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
