Autosave not saving

Hello.

I'm not sure if this is the right forum or not, but my projects are saved to the BIMcloud and not sure if that's the issue.

A couple of years ago I switched from Revit to ArchiCAD and have loved it ever since. One thing I was impressed with was the autosave. I had a fairly large project and sometimes when I did something, it would cause a crash, but my work was saved up to five minutes before the crash (which is what the setting is set to).

Fast forward to today. I have another large project and I'll work for a few hours on the project and then it crashes only this time I have to do everything for the last couple hours again. I checked my settings and they are the same as before. It's getting frustrating. I do try and save quite often but sometimes i get head into it and forget for a couple of hours and then end up losing all the work.

What happened to the autosave feature? Maybe I'm missing something.
