May I suggest its a network issue (or slow internet) on your end user's end. We've had trouble with some users having problems with slow uploads in particular. It appears that ArchiCAD doesn't seem to properly hash check (or something similar) when things are requested from the server and can 'double-reserve' some items, leading to big problems.

During work on a TW project I got this message when sending changes:

Error occurred during the last Teamwork operation!

Communication with the server has failed, possible reasons are:

- A network error prevented Archicad from accessing the server
- Archicad tried to perform an operation and the server refused it
- Your BIMcloud User Licence was revoked or lost

I can receive changes, I checked network diagnostics and BIMcloud is accessible, I haven't lost or revoced my licence...

So what do I do now???

I'd prepare a Teamwork Support Package (see <LI-MESSAGE title="Creating a Support Package" uid="303745" url="https://community.graphisoft.com/t5/Installation-update/Creating-a-Support-Package/m-p/303745#U303745" discussion_style_icon_css="lia-mention-container-editor-message lia-img-icon-tkb-thread lia-fa-icon lia-fa-tkb lia-fa-thread lia-fa"></LI-MESSAGE> ) and reach out to the local support. If you can receive with no issues, but can't send, it means you either have corrupted data, or you might have modified something that was reserved by another user. You might go ahead and save a pln and just re-join the project and copy-paste your changes, but if the data is corrupted, it's very likely to end up on technical support anyway.

In our office (Windows) the go-to solution for teamwork problems is clearing the local TW data on the client.
If this doesn´t help the problem is severe, in >90% it helps.
