Dear all,

We are currently troubleshooting an issue in Archicad 29 Teamwork where changes made by one user are not appearing correctly for the rest of the team.

For example:

User A reserves an element, such as a wall.

User A makes a change and sends/receives successfully.

The change does not appear for other users.

If User B then reserves the same element, it appears to revert to its previous state.

This is not behaviour we have seen in previous versions, and it is causing concern around whether Teamwork changes are being properly synchronised.

We are experiencing the same issue across two completely separate projects: one single-residential project under 200mb, and one commercial office project under 1mb, both under Graphisoft's Bimcloud server, using ArchiCAD collaborate licenses. On that basis, we suspect this may be an Archicad 29 or BIMcloud-related issue rather than an isolated project file problem.

Has anyone else experienced this in Archicad 29 / BIMcloud? If so, was it related to Teamwork data corruption, BIMcloud cache, user local data, or a known AC29 issue?

Any advice on troubleshooting steps would be appreciated.

Operating system used: Windows 11

In Archicad 27, we encountered this problem once with our own BIM server. Only one person saw the elements differently; everything looked fine for everyone else.
We had that person log out of the project, and reconnecting resolved the issue.
We assume that he submitted the data infrequently (every 1–2 days) and that it somehow became async without causing an error message.
