Should I be using Archicad 28 instead of 29?

I have two questions:

1. Should I be using Archicad 28, not 29, with BIMcloud?

2. Does it matter what format I save a project/file in BIMcloud as long as everyone in the team can work on it?

Background: New to Archicad. We have Archicad Collaborate that includes BIMcloud SaaS. I have been having a hard time setting up our company BIMcloud, but so far managed to create our BIMcloud URL, create a project, create a team, add users, and assigned roles. I am at the point of exporting a file to BIMcloud from Archicad 29, but saving it as an Archicad 29 Project is not an option. Archicad 28 and Archicad Solo are options. After doing some reading on this forum, it looks like there are a lot of complaints about using Archicad 29 with BIMcloud. So I was wondering, before we get too far into a team project, we should downgrade to Archicad 28 until we are comfortable that all the issues with 29 are resolved? Is it even possible to downgrade? Exporting TO BIMCloud, as in uploading and sharing a project? Or given the context, do you mean exporting FROM BIMCloud as in downloading an offline copy?
