BIMcloud Basic 2026.1 – Activate button does not open Graphisoft ID activation

Hi everyone,

I’m using BIMcloud Basic 2026.1 on Windows 10. In BIMcloud Manager, I see “Activate your BIMcloud Basic”, but when I click Activate, nothing happens and the Graphisoft ID activation page does not open.

I have already tested this on 3 different computers and browsers, with the same result.

The BIMcloud itself works correctly. The problem is only with the activation process.

Has anyone experienced the same issue with BIMcloud Basic 2026.1? Is there a direct activation URL or another workaround?

I am on a Mac and have the same problem Graphisoft ID page will not open so I cannot activate bimcloud- please fix!!!!!!

Have you tried clearing your cookies? There was a post on here previously about the login dialogue not opening, but I do not remember the situation or solution and cannot find the thread currently.

I tried clearing the cookies, but the issue persists. I also tried on another computer and even reinstalled BIMcloud Basic on a different computer, but the login/activation dialogue still does not open.

Are you able to connect and login at graphisoftid.graphisoft.com normally?

Update: Resolved

The issue has been resolved. I can now successfully activate BIMcloud Basic 2026.1 through my Graphisoft ID.

Hi!

I contacted Graphisoft Support, and they confirmed that the BIMcloud Basic activation is working again.

BIMcloud Basic can now be activated as usual using a Graphisoft ID (GSID).

Activation for BIMcloud is working again by now. There was an issue on our end that our IT team has resolved in the meanwhile and even tested the fix.

BIMcloud Basic activation should now proceed without any problems. Please let us know if you encounter any issues.
