I suggested in another topic of yours to collect me BIMcloud SUpport Package, so I guess we can check this issue from the same logs too.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
For anyone else finding this topic, I suggest to collect a BIMcloud Support Package (&lt;A href="https://helpcenter.graphisoft.com/knowledgebase/130724/" target="_blank"&gt;https://helpcenter.graphisoft.com/knowledgebase/130724/&lt;/A&gt;) and contact your local support representative. &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
I will post the resolution here once we figured it out.&lt;BR /&gt;
