changing colour of existing "paint" material?

Doing some basic colour rendering.. just to give a client some idea of colours on there house.
Dosnt need to be a full on material.. so I just wanna duplicate an existing colour paint in the stock AC library and edit its colour (see attachment)
How can I get the colour of the swatch from the paints suppliers website into the colour of the material without knowing the RGB value????

place the colour you want into photoshop and find out the RGB numbers,

or use a program like colour picker to find out the RGB numbers.
