Can't render on Artlantis 2.0 from AC13

There must be a problem with the translator with AC13 Artlantis 2.0 output.
When I opened the file on Artlantis, it was fragmented in millions of pieces... i could not even look at the preview to apply shaders and the render was talking 10x longer then the usual, and file was only 5Mb.
I had to save the file as AC12 and then export to Artlantis 2.0 to be able to finish my job.
Has anyone had a problem with that?

An updated export add-on was posted in December. Do you have that one?

the update only replaces Artlantis Studio 3.0... we don't have this software yet.

It turned out to be a Origin problem.
I have started the file from a DWG map base, with an origin VERY distant from the drawing and that was making the file impossible to work with.
The problem was solved by shifting the whole model closer to the AC GREY Origin.
I don't know how to explain why the same file was working fine when I saved the .atl from AC12... can anyone?
