how to correctly size material texture?

<T>Hi,
I want to create a texture that will representa certain PV panel measuring 166cm x 99cm. I have found a pv photo that will look good, now I just need to edit it in photoshop and apply it to a material in Archicad.

Im ok with creating the new material, however Im not sure how to go about correctly editing the image in photoshop and setting it up in materials so that it is properly represented at the correct size. The texture will be tiled so that it will cover a roof for example . But like I say im not sure how pixel sizes relate to the "real world" Archicad model sizes in mm or cm.

Hope my question is clear, merci!</T>
