Texture Library 13 not showing in material settings

hi,
This is probably me doing something silly. but I have loaded & reloaded & reloaded again, & none of the v13 textures are showing up in my material settings dialog box!!
why would this be?
I have a few folders in one materials folder. including the 13 textures that i have copied over & the 13 textures are the only ones not loading.

Firstly the textures need to be in a loaded library - sounds like you might be doing this already.
But then they need to be attatched to a material so you will need to go into the materail setup to do this.
Attach textures to existing materials or create new materials for them.
Then be sure to use those materials on your elements.
Finally you must view the 3D model in OpenGL to see the textures.
