Are you using the marquee to limit the area to be rendered perhaps? Make sure you have the lamps in the selected area as well, otherwise they don't show.

<T>I am trying to use the LW lights for an interior rendering but can't seem to get them to turn on. The rendering is almost completely dark. In the dialog box the little lightbulb (above left of the parameters box) is on. There must be a setting I am missing. Can anyone offer any advice?

Thank you!</T>

Add Lights as an illumination source, and turn off that durned camera light.

And get my book.

Lamps are on in the photo-rendering dialog box. Perhaps I should have mentioned it.

and by the way, I already have your book.
