Hows my promotional video?

I made a short promotional video, I'm wondering how people like it. I used Archicad 11. Let me know if you have any suggestions for songs too, I'm not sure if I like the song I put in.

Very nice little video. You may want to reconsider the first words of the song used..this is after all an introduction to your firm and services.

I have a new version with a new song. Do either versions seem choppy to you at all? I think it may be the rendering but I have no idea how to fix it. If someone knows, please tell, thanks.

Besides the negative first couple words as mentioned before, I like the first song much better, the second sounds too bell like.
And what's with the fireplace that is in front of window?
Is that what I'm seeing?

Also too ambiguous, the ? in the small screen; you might want to try another image with more direction or positive lean.
Unless you are well established, trying to be edgy is a big gamble, especially in this economy.
I've been lucky to be busy in these times, but I truly think it's because I offer a sort of branded high value to cost product that has comparability.
The key word is comparability.
The client can easily compare the value of what their buying.

Here are a couple of my thoughts...

1. Get this into ArtLANTIS instead.
a. The NON MOVING Sky can be better rendered in ArtLantis
b. Easy to add better plants and entourage
c. Shadows are softer
d. Ambience is better.
e. Animation paths are smoother.

2. If you created a QUICKTIME MOV, you should use H.264 compression and it will play smoother. Not sure how that translates to FLASH?

3. If you didn't use H.264, you can simply open up .mov in quicktime and save with this OPTION...

increase the the number of cameras or the frames between the cameras...

or go to artlantis, WAY better for movies.
