In the following way you can render a picture of your elevations: Choose the 3D Window with <S></S>Axonometric view<E></E> (Ctrl+F3). Bring forward the<S></S> Dialogue Box<E></E> of the <S></S>Axonometric View<E></E> by punching Ctrl+Shift+F3. Use the <S></S>Azimuth function<E></E> and choose angles that are perpendicular to your elevations so that the camera looks at the elevation straight ahead. Typical values here (if your house is oriented North-South) is 0, 90, 180, 270.

Click OK to orient your house in the direction you choose.

Now click F10 to render.
You can view your objects in 3d then use the 3D Cutting Planes Dialog Box if it helps to get the view you want to render.

View > Elements in 3D View > 3D Cutting Planes

Ctrl+Shift+Y
