I want to make a cube from plexiglass with light inside. Any help for best result with Lightworks?

Build a cube with refractive glass - with plexiglas refraction index.

Put general light source inside.

The problem is that i can't see light inside the cube.

Right. A light source isn't a "light."
Inside, you'll need to fake a filament or light sphere using the "lamp material"
Placed close to the light source, it will seem to glow from overexposed glare.
