topic Help with Rendering.. ? in Visualization

<T>Hi all,

I'm currently doing a project for uni and we have all been given an existing file to work with which basically consists of two warehouses. We have to create an environment in/around it, but I'm having a little bit of trouble.

Firstly, I'm trying to place various sized chrome domes in it and when I switch to 3D view, they are wireframe and do not show when I create a photo-render. Wireframe is not selected in 3D view mode, so I'm not sure why this is happening.

Similarly, I have made a custom library object, which when placed in the environment does the same thing - shows as a wireframe and doesn't render.

Might anybody be able to shed any light on why this is happening?

Many thanks.</T>

You've probably have them in a WIREFRAME layer.

Check your layers dialog. There's a little wireframe/solid toggle for each layer.
