    <description>i haven't played with texture origins, lighting and the like. and maybe it's a bit too orange. but is it getting close to what you're after, or am i miles away?&lt;BR /&gt;

I tried (quick'n'dirty-style) in PS but it came out so bad I don't dare to post it here...&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>i don't have one myself, but i would start out with a weathered concrete texture (there are some useful ones in the US/arroway textures library), and applying colour variations in PS...&lt;BR /&gt;

then maybe give it a bit of noise?&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>There's some nice metal textures that can be found in the &lt;U&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;S&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/S&gt;object depository&lt;E&gt;&lt;/E&gt; under 'Archicad Textures' which could be manipulated to look close enough to corten....&lt;BR /&gt;

The wiki image I had found before and that's the style I'm after. I'll induldge in some serious PS-tweaking next week and try to create a huge texture. I guess I need to make smart use of the clouds filter.&lt;BR /&gt;
I'll post results if I manage to do something reasonable OK.&lt;BR /&gt;
Right now preparing a seminar tomorrow. Main focus is BIM from an architects point of view.&lt;BR /&gt;
