i have a problem when i want to use gsm files that i downloaded form internet see this :&lt;BR /&gt;

But Dwight's point is that if you download the chair from ArchiSmut or sumplace it is not likely to have materials assigned (or controllable) in a way that works with ArchiCAD.</description>

      <description>thanks for answering but you know i can`t change the texture if i chane texture whole object will be in that color . i can`t change a part of one object</description>

      <description>When Chazz posted the image about "use objects materials" this would enable multiple materials called from within the object script.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
The object itself should have material options listed in its parameters and if not, you can see these materials by viewing the 3D GDL script of the object.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
It is possible that the materials called by the object are not in your attributes. Rename existing materials or create new ones with appropriate names.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
If you do not understand the GDL script, consult the GDL reference manual: all Archicad users should have a basic understanding of this language.</description>
