      <title>Fluoro Uplight</title>

      <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;R&gt;I am trying to position a fluoro light so that it shines onto the ceiling from behind a TV cabinet. At the moment I am not able to rotate it or position it in a way so that the beam throws upwards onto the ceiling.       <description>...that's what I ended up doing.Thought there might be a simpler way...seems to fake it pretty well though...thanks for your help</description>
