Camera wont show on Align View function

My camera wont show up when I do the Align view function! It worked once and now it wont show up again! So I can't views and I dont have time to stuff around "tweaking" the model. Any suggestions?

You might check the Path Options dialog box (accessible from the Path... button on the Camera/VR Settings dialog box) to see if your Display Options for the path is set to "None".

I just experienced the same situation; sometimes the camera appears and sometimes not. When you execute the align tool, the camera shows up in the Perspective Setting of the 3D Projection.
Show Model in 3D and go under the menu 3dNavigation Extra/Put a Camera into Path and then go to the floor plan and the camera will be there.

Good Luck. A bit tempermental this funciton.
