topic changing size of material in C4D in Visualization

<T>hi all,

such a simple thing to do but i can't find how to do it!

in Cinema 4D, how can i change the size of a texture so that it renders at the 'correct size'?

in Archicad, this is simply done by altering the width and height of the texture in the materials window - i have checked all the settings in C4D but can't find how to change this... ideally, i would like to be able to alter this rather than make a whole new material. I have exported from Archicad to C4D and my materials appear but at the wrong resolution. is there a way to get them to export as they are in Archicad?

while i'm here, can i also ask how to import simple trees (e.g. tree bitmap 10 object) and get them to work in C4D? does C4D have better alternatives (that don't take forever to render)?

thanks
