I also do this to make animations but with Artlantis. You will need a movie
editor program (I use Quicktime Pro) to import the images into a sequence.
I like it this way b/c I can even set my frame rate to speed or slow down the animation as a whole or just in different sections.

Hope this helps?

<T>If I choose set in "Create fly through", the computer is shut down?
Do you know the reason?
Something to do with Quick Time?</T>

IT could be any number of reasons.

It's usually a better idea to render to a series of frames (tifs, jpgs, etc), then assemble them into a movie. If you crash, you can pick up where you left off.

First to avoid crashing I have uninstalled Quic Time and reinstall from original CD from Graphisoft.
I think AC has trouble with any update version from Quick Time.
Your suggestion rendering to a series I couldnt follow.

When you create the Walk-Through, one of the format options is JPG (instead of MOV), That saves each frame to a JPG file in a folder you designate.

If the walk-through crashes, you still have all the frames that Archicad made before it crashed. You can also use this method to imitate a render farm by setting each one of several machines to render a range of frames in the walk-through.

Sorry hard to understand...
It works also for animation?
Do you mean the surface of material in OpenGL modus?
