    <description>I needed to uninstall and reinstall all programs in order to install the DirectLink. &lt;BR /&gt;
I suggest that you first try removing AC23 from MacBook dock, Twinmotion may have assumed it was running when it was not.</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;T&gt;I am unable to install the Twinmotion DirectLink on a new laptop.&lt;BR /&gt;
The message I get is "Please close Archicad before installing." even though Archicad is not open when I attempt this installation.&lt;BR /&gt;
Any suggestions?&lt;/T&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>I had a similar experience. Simply restarted my computer and ran the download again, without ArchiCAD open. See if that works.</description>

      <description>No, that does not work.&lt;BR /&gt;
I am using Mac Catalina 10.15.2 and AC23 with an internet key (not usb)&lt;BR /&gt;
I restarted the computer several times and checked the Activity monitor and Archicad is not running.&lt;BR /&gt;
The app file has the Twinmotion Export AC23.bundle&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
I've requested support from Twinmotion and Graphisoft, neither have provided assistance.</description>
