Other than demonic possession i would look at shadow resolution being too low.
What lights are you using and what are their settings?

Besides turning off the idiotic Camera light, there seems to be no problem here.

Make "Smooth Surface" active.

But you aren't showing the light settings.
They would be: any lamps in the scene and the actual SUN settings as in the LightWorks Environment.
