Pictbox Bam rendering

I have just downloaded the Gardenworks library and am trying to use the Pictbox Bam trees for a fly-through I am doing.

The problem I am having is that the billboards are not rendering transparent they are showing as a green colour.

Could anyone help

Check the material settings. It sounds like you are missing the Gardenworks materials. Is the texture map (leafy stuff) showing up? Also, what rendering engine are you using?

As Matthew suggested - check your rendering engine. I haven't used these objects in a while, but my memory is that they render transparent in only one of LightWorks or the Internal Engine... and that the shadows only show up in one of those engines.

Thanks for the responses. I am using AC10 with Lightworks rendering with transparency checked. It's a bit strange. I have attached a Jpeg showing that part of the tree is OK while the upper portion shows the base. Shadows are OK as well.
