<T>In 3D Explore in Open GL as I walk through the site, instead of going through walls like normally happens, instead, the walls and other objects vanish as I approach them. Please see attachment.
This is a problem many have had. Try a search for more results, but here's one thread HERE.

I too have had this problem on a number of occasions. The only ease I have had from it is the fact that when you decide to "Photo Render", the rendering is complete and not the chopped up view you get in Open GL.

I try out all the suggestions. Nikola's comment was very helpful Somehow some files get this problem without any warning. First I tried MERGE option into a new file, but also merged the same problem. It was resolved by using COPY & PASTE per floor with all the layers ON and UNLOCKED. (At least this time worked, I hope this will be the final fix)Thank you very much.
